- Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Food item is non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.
- We accept the request if there is damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
- Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging.
